Options to Silence the iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max:

    1. Turn the phone completely off.

    2. Unlock the phone, slide down from the top right edge to open System
Services and slide the volume to the minimum setting. Turn on Airplane
    mode while you're at it.

    3. Unlock the phone, slide down from the top right edge to open System Services. Tap and hold the Focus button, then tap Do Not Disturb. Be
sure that you also have not allowed notifications from any people or
apps when in Do Not Disturb mode.

    4. Program the Action button to toggle between Ring and Silent.

    5. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch and turn AssistiveTouch on. Now you will have the Virtual AssistiveTouch button
on your screen. Unlock the phone, tap the virtual button, then tap
    Device, then tap Mute/Unmute.

    6. Unlock the phone, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics, and slide
"RINGTONE AND ALERT VOLUME to the minimum level (the phone will remind
you that Silent Mode is Off)

    Any others?

“If you are not an expert on a subject, then your opinions about it
really do matter less than the opinions of experts. It's not
indoctrination nor elitism. It's just that you don't know as much as
they do about the subject.”—Tin Foil Awards
