He told The Times: If you are told a message is deleted,
you are entitled to believe its deleted. https://metro.co.uk/2024/06/14/man-plans-sue-apple-deleted-messages-reveal-cheated-21035147/

    The man's argument is:
"In my opinion it's all because Apple told me my messages were
deleted when they weren't. If the message had said, 'These messages
are deleted on this device', that would have been a clue, or
'These messages are deleted on this device only' that would
    have been even better."

I have to admit, anyone who thinks an Apple device is private is missing a
few IQ points, and lacks formal education, particularly on marketing BS.

There likely is no device *less* private than an iPhone is.

Given the iPhone can't even run Tor browser privacy, and given almost everything you do on the iPhone is logged on Apple's servers, to think that
iOS can be even half as private as Android is, is the height of stupidity.

While Android is not private - at least it's far more private than iOS is.

None of that matters, even if it IS true.

The difference between you and me is I stated what the guy's argument is,
with the point being that if he decides to sue, the court will decide.
