Finally, it works in both of my iPhones. Uninstalling, redownloading,
and reinstalling iOS' TV app from Apple's App Store fixed it! I can see
all of my purchased videos in its Library unlike before. I can now
stream! WTF happened?!?!
Also, I didn't know you could delete the default iOS apps! Wait, why
does Apple let users delete Phone, Contacts, etc.? That doesn't make any sense. :O

Which is weird/odd! I wonder what happened. I noticed removing app said
it won't remove the datas. I thought it would be a data issue.

It could have been due to something that existed in cached data that was subsequently discarded and rebuilt.
