yeah, I think tilde is very much focused on making their own hierarchy (limited to tildes)

The list contains several NNTP servers that only carry their own groups,
e.g. Feedbase, so why is this a topic for the one of the Tildeverse
only?

Websites prove their identity via certificates. Valiantfox does not
trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for rocksolid.sybershock.com. The certificate is only valid for
lamp.nightbulb.net.

I would like to see more like tilde.*, hispagatos.*, rocksolid.* ...

re-opening of registration. Once it re-opens I will remove that snippet

Thanks so much for the list, is the one I post all around the
fediverse, when people wants to move away from the bloated web to
post/read.

You're welcome. I'm glad you added a new hierarchy. The net could
benefit from more small hierarchies, where someone is actively managing
each hierarchy. This limits spamtroller brain damage and is more
welcoming to newbies who don't yet understand how crazy Usenet can be.

(is this one Hongkong based?)

This has been suggested to me in the past. I find no information about
a free Usenet server there, and I'm not investigating any further. If
anyone has a link to a page that shows registration for POST access
I'll look but I am not hunting around for anything.

Neodome once had reader POST access. Since they cancelled reader posting
there is no use advertising them. The remailer users already know about
neodome and there is no point listing them since they don't offer
anything unique.

I could maintain a bottom section for read-only access, but then that
would open up the gates for listing a bunch of old, useless read-only
servers, which I don't want to spend time tracking and testing because
there is no benefit to anyone.
