the news server have changed machine and ip address (ipv4 and ipv6).

The DNS name remains the same: news.usenet.ovh.

The new ip4: 57.129.131.133
The new ipv6: 2001:41d0:801:2000::6e66

The old peering information can remain the same or you can put
the news peering information: "peering.usenet.ovh"
