NZ Rugby is owned by every Rugby club and is therefore not a
publicly-owned institution. There is no way the Government should get >involved and to suggest they should is a revelation of basic instincts
of Labour. Henare is their spokesman for Sport and Recreation so what
he says is not the viewpoint of him as an individual.
