government that says that they believe that Covid was not a pandemic -
it appears that some information (not specified) is being interpreted
by the author of an article on the "globalresearch" website - a
website that appears to disseminate a wide range of views on a large
number of topics, without however much justification for those views,
some of which appear to be contrary to those views held by for example
most citizens of Canada where they appear to be based.
While it addresses misinformation as an issue, the site itself
appears to fit many of the symptoms of such websites - assertions
without clear support by facts being just one of those symptoms.
At best I would say caution should be used in believing any article
