This should start a discussion and increase in knowledge of how much energy
is releases during a fire depending on the state of charge of the battery.

The results are not as many would expect. Scan down to the graphs near the bottom. The energy in the cell is approximately half that of a full charge
when it has 0% charge. So the state of charge does not have as much difference as one might first expect. Unlike petrol which holds a linear ratio to the amount of petrol in the tank.
