    So everyone who was entitled to benefit from this policy is still
    entitled to, but the criteria have been widened to include those who
    are not Maori or Pacific Islanders.

    It is somewhat concerning that some Maori can not understand that the Government is basing health care on need first and foremost.

    There maybe some disscusion in how best treat the various hub groups of the
    NZ population but first is the health care need of the human.
