The Courts judge cases based on the law that has been passed by
Parliament, not based on what some MPs would like to think the law
    says.

Irrelevant. The parliament trumps the courts, or used to, but the change to the
    reverse must be stopped.
The parliament must pass laws to achieve what they want - the Courts
will interpret that law for the purposes of particular cases; so if an
MP wants to change the law that has to be done before the Courts will
    apply the new law.

The courts are not trying to help - but merely adjudicating on points
    of law.

If you consider Government actions in this respect to be arrogant and
ignorant, this is very small scale offending compared tom the
arrogance and ignorance of the previous Labour Government. Your
ability to call Government arrogance and ignorance is limited only to non-Labour Governments.

The Government passes laws to help the governance of the country.

The Courts interupt the existing law. The Government changes the laws when
the existing ones are not for for purpose, and need to ne changed.

As part of MMP is is most likely that there will be a coalition Government
and as part of this the people need to accept that the ministers will be
more vocal as they need to "advertise" their point.

This is part of democracy. It may appear that the ministers are stepping
over the line but in all probability they are just expressing a view point counter the posters.
