    Let us hope this happens and that the fine is paid.

    Demonstrating ones opposition to draw attention to the matter is one thing,
    but getting on the wrong side of the law is another matter.

    This follows up the fines and fuel costs of the dumped fuel on Jet Star in
    Oz recently. (The passangers behaviour was way out of acceptable)

    Jeez their spokesperson is an idiot.
    He believes Kiwirail wanted to make them (the protesters) look bad - totally unnecessary, they looked like dickheads already.
    He and his ferral mates are in favour of rail transport and yet they stopped some rail transport.
    Pathetic. they should be fined and if they don't pay, imprisoned.
