So while the whole electricity market is having a great profit
experience, some elected "Trustees" are keeping the money for
    themselves . . .

Time for a change - like another group of elected people, the CitRats
    are way off track!

    More Liar-party BS.
Typical of them ,trying get useless turds on an income while
they try to loot the Vector assets for pet woke projects.
For years ( when the Labour party hacks on Council; like Brown, the
clown of the town and sexual predator, and Goff the screecher) advocated
to transfer these assets to Auckland Transport, and to spend up on
crap like Gay Pride sex parties etc.
The cash is better in the pockets of consumers ( who paid for years to
generate the assets in first place ), rather than a slush fund for the
    lefties.
    I predict C&R win again.

    greybeard.

Not sure what you are getting at - the article suggests that the C&R
group that has bee elected have done very nicely with high income for themselves, but have done much less well for the people they are
    supposed to be representing.

For years ( when the Labour party hacks on Council; like Brown, the
clown of the town and sexual predator, and Goff the screecher) advocated
to transfer these assets to Auckland Transport, and to spend up on
crap like Gay Pride sex parties etc.
If they are not getting a good return from them, then selling is
something that could be worth considering, but that should be decided
by the owners, not those elected to represent the owners.

The cash is better in the pockets of consumers ( who paid for years to >generate the assets in first place ), rather than a slush fund for the >lefties.
Nobody is suggesting that - the article makes the point that the
existing managers/Trustees have not done very well at all - except for themselves. The article does give a reference to this link: https://newsroom.co.nz/2021/09/02/rod-oram-chance-to-clean-out-an-auckland-shambles/

    I predict C&R win again.
Why? And why would those that are not getting good value vote for them
    again?
