Stanford is one ef several ministers in this government that cares, and any unbiased observer would understand that.
However you never post unbiased observations so this tripe is all you have.

A glimmer implies that it is something unusual, that is simply not the case. Many of our current ministers care a great deal, certainly many more than the last government. Not hard you might say but hey, at least it is a more caring government.

Perhaps you are referring to the glimmer of light from one Minister
enjoying a thank you baccy from Benson and Hedges, or a grateful PM
making tax free profits on selling two of his fairly recently
    purchased houses . . .
Completel;y off topic, why do you bother with such garbage.
Caring for voters is not quite the same as caring for political donors
or your own personal wealth ambitions . . .
Speak for yourself. You have no idea what I care about except honesty which is why I despise you and everything you stand for.
It was telling that no other government politician was with Erica
Stanford when she was announcing that the government would actually
make offers of compensation for torture victims at Lake Alice - as the >article says "Was it the strange, pervasive sense that this was an
initiative being directed by a Minister who maybe actually cared about
the issue and the citizens she was working on behalf of?"... "and for
the first time in over a year, it felt like someone was standing up
there actually gave a damn about anyone other than themselves."
    Still off topic.
I answered your silly post and you have not addressed what I wrote at all. get back on topic or get lost.

"I said this government has more caring ministers than the last ones." >>That is an unsupported assertion from you Tony. Not really meaningful >>either, but I do not expect more from you.
No more of an unsupported assertion than everything you have written in this >and most other threads.
At least you managed to crawl bak on topic.

Perhaps you are referring to the glimmer of light from one Minister
enjoying a thank you baccy from Benson and Hedges, or a grateful PM
making tax free profits on selling two of his fairly recently
    purchased houses . . .
Caring for voters is not quite the same as caring for political donors
or your own personal wealth ambitions . . .
It was telling that no other government politician was with Erica
Stanford when she was announcing that the government would actually
make offers of compensation for torture victims at Lake Alice - as the
article says "Was it the strange, pervasive sense that this was an
initiative being directed by a Minister who maybe actually cared about
the issue and the citizens she was working on behalf of?"... "and for
the first time in over a year, it felt like someone was standing up
there actually gave a damn about anyone other than themselves."

Completel;y off topic, why do you bother with such garbage.
No, the topic is about your claim that the Ministers in the current
government care, and I agree with you - this Minister cared enough to
arrange a tax benefit of around $60 million - largely to one tobacco
company - that is just one example of a Minister in this government
    caring . . .

Caring for voters is not quite the same as caring for political donors
or your own personal wealth ambitions . . .

Speak for yourself. You have no idea what I care about except honesty which is >why I despise you and everything you stand for.
I was giving an example that supported your statement that the
Ministers in the current government care - do you disagree with that
    example?

    Still off topic.
No you are wrong - this was a Minister offering money to people that
had been wronged under a previous New Zealand Government - you may
disagree with the amount being offered, or other related aspects, but
she was doing her job on behalf of New Zealanders - are you trying to
say that this is nothing to do with Ministers under this government
    being caring?

I answered your silly post and you have not addressed what I wrote at all. get >back on topic or get lost.

Totally on topic, Tony. I am surprised that you appear to be arguing
against your own statement that Ministers in this Government do care.

No it is not. It is about the original post that you made. Now get back on topic or piss off.

Abusive sarcasm removed. Get a life little sociopath.

They care more than the last government - that was my statement.
The last government ministers almost every one were inept and uncaring. They were racist and greedy. Useless the lot of them.
