    There were Labour governments in the past that probably would have, but certainly not the last one.

    There we have it, the present Government has not dumped all of Labour's Ram Raid Bill. They have taken the "bi-partisan" approach and taken out the parts they think would be benifical.

    they think would be beneficial.

    So you agree that some past Labour governments probably would have done the same (as I stated). And you agree that the last one would not.
