No professional body should be concerned about such things and they should have no power to impose training that is not directly related to the job.

No professional body should be concerned about such things and they should have
no power to impose training that is not directly related to the job.

From memory the courses arose from some real estate people complaining
that they were being cut out from Maori, Pacifica and Chinese / Asian
clients, particularly in Auckland - it turns out that some of the
agents used to the arrogant rich white audience were inadvertently
offending clients outside Epsom / Remuera. So the courses started . .
    .

But not to worry the market will fix it - some of the most offensive
who will not learn will find that again some clients prefer not to
    deal with them . . .

So the truth will come through, Tony, and another article from your
favourite far-right pretence for political neutrality has published
this commentary on the effect of a change of government: https://centrist.nz/new-zealand-drops-again-in-global-corruption-rankings/

    Completely irrelevant. Address the topic.

That is offensive, you really are an abusive person eh?

So the truth will come through, Tony,
Already has and the government is responding.

There is no far right in this governemnt, there is no right wing in this government - only centre right.
I have no favourite blog sites unlike you and I don't overuse sarcasm unlike you. Boy you are a rude little girl.

I agree with you, the market will fix it, if it needs fixing that is.

So why the need for compulsion?

    Bill.

Why were they mandatory and why was failure to complete this course
the cause of a 5-year stand down? The issue is not the course itself
but that it is mandatory and those who refuse to do it are denied a
    licence for 5 years.

But not to worry the market will fix it - some of the most offensive

No problem - but there are no agents in this category.

    Political rhetoric, yet again.
