The trial is about the concerns of the Maori and Pacifica and trialling
methods to overcome the concerns/hesitations. An important part of a trial
is the data collection, and yet this article suggests that the numbers vaccinated are not important.

On the plus side 5 months is only really 4 if one allows for the Christmas/NewYear break. Setting up something new fron scratch is certainly time consuming. Espically when you are dealing with people.
