    Sadly I am sure National are aware that they are increasing the number
    of hungry kids - but they see that as providing an incentive . . . .
    whatever that means for a toddler or parent.

    The issue of pay equity is very clear - National voted for the
    previous legislation and has done a U-Turn just to stick with huge
    subsidies to landlords and others - and they are headed for reducing
    the number of state houses again as they have done previously . . .
