I certainly it does - what problem can anyone have with transparency and truth? I think they are running scared, and not for the pathetic reasons they said.

It depends on whether they see the inquiry terms of reference as fair
    and equitable:

    https://www.covid19lessons.royalcommission.nz/the-inquiry/the-inquirys-terms-of-reference

Ardern, Hipkins et al may well consider the 'Out of Scope' definitions
to be prejudicial to fairness, equally the same could be said of the
actual Terms of Reference. However this need to be defined. Simply
refusing to attend without a rationale on why is not acceptable.

Reasons have appeared in the Stuff article and the legal beagles seem to be entering the ball park.

I always have an issue with terms of an inquiry as you end up in this situatuion. Splitting hairs and then needing to change the terms to get
    answers to what is requested.

Yup, written like the true bigot you are. Ardern lied repeatedly, she gloated over people losing their jobs and you defend her - of course you would eh?

    I agree, you certainly are.
As for poor posts - you post gibberish even when you make no mistakes. Meanwhile - you seem somewhat miffed, are you upset?
