Mostly fantasy, and in no particular order. Note: I don't necessarily
recommend any of these as being enjoyable (nor have I even
    read/watched all of them).

Wizard of Oz vs. Wonderful Wizard of Oz by Baum

The Wiz vs. Wonderful Wizard of Oz by Baum

Tin Man (miniseries) vs. Wonderful Wizard of Oz by Baum

Jumper vs. Jumper and/or Jumper (Griffin's Story) by Gould
(The movie was so different from the book that Gould wrote the latter
    based on the movie.)

Who Framed Roger Rabbit vs. Who Censored Roger Rabbit by Wolf

Neverending Story vs. book by Ende

Hunger Games (et seq.) vs. books by Collins

Picture of Dorian Gray vs. story by Wilde

    Jumanji vs. book by Allsburg

This is the first MT VOID to come through on Usenet for ages. Whatever
    you've done, it worked.

Hmm. My feed has all the MT VOIDs, in numerical order, since 1757 in June 2013.And I can’t go further back than that because Supernews does’t seem
    to have anything older.

    Which ones are you missing?

I've seen all or most of them on this newsgroup.

It was pointed out some weeks ago that posts of MT VOID to
News.individual.net were not getting through. It seems now they are.

Again, a lot of sites ditch posts from Google, so you can't really expect reliable distribution for anything posted from there.

If you have machine-readable versions of movie review books, you
could search through them. Leonard Maltin uses "sci-fi". I got as far
as "Breakfast of Champions" (book by Vonnegut) before I bailed out.
Too much work for someone who's not actually part of the discussion
    group.
