What should anyone expect from Ole Cripple Greg's shithole state Texas?

Shootings in Houston have skyrocketed and so have murders because anyone
can have guns now and being mentally unhinged is in the DNA of all
    rightists.

Corrupt professional politician Cripple Greg Abbott refuses to fund law enforcement. He's been defunding it and as a result, killing all kinds of Texans.

There appears to be a different John Smyth that is more
reasonable and does not post to the groups that the
forger posts in - so these "John Smyth" posts here in
rec.arts.tv are not just phony content but also an
    imposture.

The very article linked here seems to say the opposite of
what the forger says, that Harris County, Texas has taken
away from law enforcement in favor of "Justice", in other
words, "defund the police", which was never actually
about saving money but making laws less effective, and the
    Governor opposes this.

Harris County, Texas, I heard that when that or a neighboring
county tried to make email legal for voting during the
era of Trump's first presidential term. It required the
local Republican Party to bring it to court so the judge could
strike it down. I wouldn't know, but I assume this case makes
up part of the mass produced rhetoric of "The GOP efforts at
voter suppression", where a cold calculation of making a bad
law, or administrative decision, is done on the assumption
that the opposing Party will oppose it and then can be
    blamed for interfering with it.

[now it occurs to me that when I respond to usenet forgeries
I should make it a separate post by stripping the references
line from it to avoid feeding an abuser's vertical spam. The
email address given in forged posts are fake and intended to
    hurt the person forged]
