• Filed signed affidavit from dead expert gets lawyer sanctioned

In insurance claims cases, attorney presents evidence from expert
witness. In first case, expert testifies that he never prepared the
report; lawyer calls him insane because he's dying of brain cancer, and
    forgot he prepared the report.

In the second case, attorney present expert witness's report signed
affidavit 10 months after expert died of said brain cancer.

There is some suspicion that he hadn't prepared that report either.
