When nations make promises, they're bound to keep them. The passage of
time does not negate them.
In 1994, the US, UK and Russia guaranteed Ukraine's sovereign security if
it would give it's nukes to Russia. It did so on the assurances of it's >territorial integrity being respected.
Do you think Putin would have invaded if Ukraine had had it's own nukes?
