• [OT] Is Newsom distancing himself from the trans lobby?

From Rhino@21:1/5 to All on Fri Mar 7 18:18:16 2025
I just read this which gives the very strong impression that Gavin
Nuisance is smelling the coffee and repositioning himself in preparation
for his presidential run in 2028. It seems he doesn't believe that men
should be participating in women's sports. That's quite a leap from his whole-hearted enthusiasm for all things "progressive" up to now.

Not that I actually BELIEVE he has a problem with men in women's sports.
I think he's just reading the polls and is calculating that a new policy
is going to be more helpful to his electoral chances.

I'm very curious to see how this plays out. Will other "progressives"
attempt course corrections? Or will they denounce Newsom and swear their allegiance to the trans community? Will he actually fool people and gain support or will they be as dubious about his sincerity as I am?

Gavvy's just re-writing history in preparation for his presidential run.

If Kammie had won, there's no way he'd be saying these things.

He's aiming to become the "thinking man's Trump".

"Repositioning" is the key word here.

Gavin Gruesome was with Charlie Kirk on a p;odcast and trying to weasal out
    of his original position, too.

Dems & the media want Trump to be more like Obama, but then he'd
have to audit liberals & wire tap reporters' phones.
