Well, she already got memory-holed after a short stint on GH, that was
widely publicized, a few years back. So I would say her ability to hold
down a job is probably poor.
Well Yancy Butler proved that it is possible to come back even after
numerous meetings with a bottle so one can only hope Delaney can do
the same.

Is Yancey improbably tall or is Barbara shrinking away?
Yancy is 5' 7" while Barbara is 5' 4" according to IMDB.
So even if both ladies were standing up straight Yancy is going to end
up a bit taller. I'm not sure if Barbara is up to completely standing
straight up her age so she may appear even shorter in this pic than
she actually is.
