got information from a couple of whistle-blowers that turned into a mass arrest of over 2000 scammers in the UAE (United Arab Emirates),
including the Chinese gang members who led the scamming operation. This

most governments do but it has one unfortunate shortcoming: it isn't

Of just hack the scammers. There are a number of videos of people
hacking into the scammers computers and having fun with them. Even one
hacked into the camera system in their room and was able to watch
their reactions as he amped up his taunting of them.
