modulation for medium criminal to extreme criminal, secondary
positive charisma modulation for the messages of minor

I have observed primary negative charisma modulation of
Vladimir Putin, Bashar al-Assad, and The Supreme
Leader of Iran when I was looking at their pictures on
images.google.com . Do you observe that as well,
on pictures, audio, video, or in person? In previous
attempts it has not lasted for me and nobody else
has confirmed it.
However, unlike what I said in previous posts, it seems
that Donald Trump, Joel Osteen, and Kenneth Copeland
are only minor criminal, and thus do not get primary
negative charisma modulation. However their messages
are eligible for both secondary positive and secondary
negative charisma modulation (even if the messages
are positive they may get secondary negative if they
are lying).
The primary positive charisma modulation is equivalent
to the transfiguration of Jesus or the “radiant brow”
of Taliesin (Gwion Bach). Do you observe it in any
individuals you consider to be very good? It would
not be perceivable to the person who is modulated.

I tried again, and this time Trump, Osteen, and Copeland
do exhibit primary negative charisma modulation.
Again I have been trying to get the following installed:
P+, or primary positive charisma modulation of medium good
to extreme good as defined by Goddess, who I define as
the ruler of the region all/everything and who many call God.
P-, or primary negative charisma modulation of medium
criminal to extreme criminal.
2nd+, or secondary positive charisma modulation of positive
messages put forward by minor criminal to extreme good.
2nd-, or secondary negative charisma modulation of negative
messages put forward by minor good to extreme criminal.
But it seems that P+ and P- will not work except for
in person and memory of in person, not for TV
and static pictures as I had hoped.
However 2nd+ and 2nd- should work both in person,
for memory of in person, and for media including TV
and the Internet and books, newspapers, and magazines.
Follow up if you notice any effects.
