Extremely derivative episode but fun. Another episode in which our
characters are largely not driving the plot but Vikram does something
    mildly clever at the end.

Also, you must have noticed the slight chord change variations to Murray
Gold themes from the Eleventh Doctor era from Doctor Who to avoid
copyright infringement. What other music would you use if caught in a
    memory loop?

Sorel Johnson and Natalie Mitson played older and younger versions of
    Bella.

This episode had enough episodes to drive a... you can't make me say it.

First of all, I get that the right of way would have been abandoned but
we see an old Serbian town that couldn't have grown up since the right
of way was abandoned. What was with the collapsed bridge (over the
Danube?)? That realities were blending was poorly thought through.

How about you can't use time magic on a time sprite when it was a major
plot point that exposure to time magic had imprisoned the sprite? I
thought that the use of time magic create the time loop, but no, it was
    the separation of the lovers.

What about the implications of taking the dictator out of time by the
time sprite? Shouldn't that have wreaked havoc with European history?

How did Bella get the scythe in the first place? How have the years been changing since the scythe was stolen from Father Time?

None of us are shocied that Vikram, once again, stole an artifact and
used magic. What message did he send to his self 200 years in the past?

Like the previous episode, Jessica Green got more scenes but last week,
she had a lot more to do with the plot. I don'5 see how she let Vikram
wander off again without supervising him; surely this will get her in
    trouble with the library council.

That will be remedied next week in the Thief of Love which I watched last
    week.

The last few days, Jessica Green (sigh) has been advertising on the
Facebook that the next episode would involve Attila the Hun. (And she does
the commercials in her newfound American accent.)

Well, obviously that wasn’t this week. And it’s not episode four next week. And according to Ian’s woefully inadequate IMDb information, it won’t be the week after that either. So I don’t know what they’re talking about.

I do, however, now have Rob Petrie from The Dick Van Dyke show singing the
love theme for Attila the Hun stuck in my brain. Also the Monty Python love theme from Attila the Hun.

"I'm in love, I'm in love with
    Attila the Hun,
    Attila the Hun,
    Atilla the Hun.
    Though he'll pillage a village
    and kill everyone.
I still love Attila the Hun!"

Dick Van Dyke Show Season4, Episode 24, "Bupkis" fast forward to 7
minutes, 16 seconds and there it is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGpAdGKhmhI
