You could easily drop that at a steakhouse or Benihana here. $100 meal at Benihana would require you to order something from Jack-in-the-Box to fill your tummy.
I had no DVR yesterday which match I couldn’t watch anything except via the fire stick and I left elementary running on it in the background mostly.

No, the "Thai experience" dinner at a local restaurant, plus two beers ($18) and two scoops of banana ice cream ($12). This came with a automatic tip for our large group and a 5% (I think) charge for not paying in cash.
I enjoyed it but these people seem to like eating out at expensive places, but next month it'll be at Big House.

My brother has been watching "The Fall Guy" on H&I lately. I told him I
can't watch standard-def TV shows anymore because of the OLED.
If they hadn't remastered "Baywatch" to be in high-def, I would be a
very, very sad person!!

That is, or at least used to be, against credit card rules.

Glad you enjoyed it

Credit cards charge venders for using them. It's usually a sign of trouble when a business tries to persuade its customers to pay with cash.

groups often has separate bills.
You can of course go higher if you wish.
But I confess I was mightily browned off when I saw the credit card
machine at McD's showing 10%/15%/20% - in Canada pretty much
everything is covered by the GST (in BC that's 7% provincial, 5%
federal) and I adamantly oppose tipping the tax so I enter the amount
option and mentally calculate the percentage based on before tax.
(Being a former math graduate one tends to be good at mental
calculation)
Any server who complains gets zero - and I've only done that once in
the years since they've imposed the GST on food. (It used to be they
only applied the tax on booze but not now...)
