Wil Wheaton may best be known for being Wesley Crusher on Star Trek: The Next Generation, but he's losing it over on BlueSky attacking Trump over the Texas Floods.

It appears that our society has left many conservatives behind when it comes
to common sense and basic comprehension.

Of course it has nothing to do with blaming Trump for the actual floods and everything to do with defunding the national weather service, making them unable to issue the appropriate warnings. As a Trump supporting Christian Nationalist I believe the blame is on God for killing all those mostly red state Americans with floods, hurricanes, tornadoes and fires. Trump voters are receiving harsh punishment and their social saftey net benefits still haven't been cancelled yet. Guns are good for suicide.

Actually, that's still blaming Trump, but the facts are he had nothing to do with it. The weather service hadn't been defunded and were fully staffed. The real problem was an insufficient warning system and a chief who was more interested in DEI hiring and refused to send the appropriate rescue teams
    ahead of time.

Will Weaton is nothing more than the Wesley character in real life.
