Just who does IBDM let vote? This is a middling one. For me, it's a
tossup between The Empath and the Halloween ep.
The empath is the clear hands-down worst episode winner. Accept no
substitutes.
No. The Empath is at worst #4. Below it would be Spock's Brain (#1, by a
wide margin) plus The Omega Glory in #2, just edging out Sub Rosa from TNG. >The Empath is bad, but it's not as bad as The Omega Glory or Sub Rosa and
is miles ahead of Spock's Brain.

Catching up on all my favorite NG's and replying. This one is a heavy
question. I will spend some leisure time over the next few days going
over the episodes list, watching the ones I suspect qualify, and will
reply. I am not reading the other replies to prevent the influence of
other opinions.
5.2? That's not even a bad score. I wouldn't give it more than a 2.5,
and only that high to make room for several that are worse.
