Thank you for mentioning it on JLA Forums, Will. I went looking for the
above post on JLA today, to see if the attachment worked there, and the
    post wasn't showing at all.

Could be some kind of filter at JLA Forums perhaps the "PPB' in the
    title?

This thread definitely seems blocked from JLA Forums either way.

I'm going to have to see if they're doing it to all my PPB posts
(again). I'd hoped that we'd worked out a solution to that.

I've seen some PPB threads appearing on. JLA Forums but I'm not sure
    about all.

I'll quickly go through the ones that are appearing and tag you, that
will give you an idea of what is currently happening there.

Thanks, but there's no need for that now. I was over there this morning, looking at things but trying to see if I could post the Saturday and
Sunday posts there. My first attempt was a fiasco - it had the title of
the Saturday post (your song), no text, and the attachment for the
Sunday post (Philip Marston's picture)! But the next two were completely successful.

I have a theory that what stopped my posts from going around usenet were
the attachments; they're binary files, which are not allowed under
usenet rules. So I'm going to have to stop using them on NovaBBS, since
my weekend PPB posts both used them and usenet refused them (which
explains why JLA Forums didn't get them).

If My theory is correct, the solution will be to post my PPB poems
separately on NovaBBS and JLA Forums, and attach a .jpg only on the
latter; that way aapc, ap, and RAP won't get duplicate posts, while JLA
    will get the correct attachments.

Testing, to see if this thread is making it JLA Forums yet

    🙂

Ah, so it sounds like you're skeptical of my theory, since it predicts
that this thread will never appear there because of the .jpeg. You're
quite right to be; my theory is falsifiable, like any theory, and it
will be proven false if this thread does turn up on JLA. That's what
makes it a "scientific" theory (unlike, say, your church's theory of the afterlife).

As of Monday it still isn't posting on JLA Forums.

CC: MummyChunk, any idea of a solution?

    CC: Retro Guy, your thoughts?

No need to bother them; I figured out the problem, and worked out a
solution: I have to (1) post on NovaBBS without attachments (so they'll
be carried by Usenet and (2) make 3 separate posts with attachments to
JLA's 3 poetry fora (which won't appear anywhere but JLA). No biggie; essentially, I'll have to do the same on JLA as I already have to do on
    X.

Poor Georgy, his purloined poetry site blocked again. It makes us want
to cry. Jordy is in a quivering heap, and Will is drowning in his beer.

All in Nancy Gene's dreary fantasy, of course.

NastyGoon's claim that PPB was "blocked" by JLA Forums is more than idle fantasy, more than mere bullshitting. It's spreading false gossip about
me, gossip that NastyGoon knows is false (because they've written on PPB threads on JLA Forums). So either NG made a mistake, or they're lying.
ND insists they didn't make a mistake; which leaves only one conclusion.
