    I thought that I had pre-ordered book 2 and that it was about time for it,
    but apparently that was an hallucination on my part. Looking on the
    Amazon author page, and a quick google doesn't turn anything up. Has
    anyone seen news on book 2? (Not "Montego", I have that).

    It is not on Netgalley or on the Macmillan site. Or on his site. Or
    mentioned on his Twitter account that I can see.

    After poking around a little, I found an April tweet by him saying he

    Ah, cool, thanks!

    So that probably means at least one more round of revisions, and then
    into the publisher swamp, so I'm guessing no sooner than next Spring..
