one in advance.

If, as the rumours suggest, this is to be the last season of
Doctor Who for a while I'd like to enjoy it the traditional way.
Obviously if it turns out that I am going to be busy on a
Saturday evening I'll use the iPlayer/Disney+ to watch an
episode during the day... but I'd like to watch as much of this
season the old school way if I can.

They won't learn. The just erected a statue made by a degenerate child >molester at the headquarters to symbolism them and act as their
figurehead. These same disgusting woke degenerate perverts that support
the removal of statues of people connected with the slave trade but set
up statues created by child molesters. When Rolf Harris was convicted of >child molestation the national gallery or where ever it was being

It's true I could do without a lot of the in-your-face type of
social commentary and messaging in Doctor Who these days but
overall I think RTD did a good job to get Doctor Who back on air
in 2005. He does deserve some credit for making the show BIG
back then. I just think he tries too hard to be 'right on' and
assume that's what the younger generation (under 30/35) want
from their TV viewing. He's an old man, start writing like an
older man and try to tell a good story first. Stop trying to be
a friend of every trendy agenda out there like you're hip! My
own children don't like watching Doctor Who now and they would
be the target demographic of the show, not me.
The biggest issue for me is with episodes that run to around 45
minutes the story itself needs to be the main focus, not the
message. But often it's the message that gets promoted andAll these woke predators care about and think about is the message.
details around the plot get overlooked, or are cut out for
timing.

Back then there was editorial oversight which stopped the far left from
using the show to sexually groom children. Mary Whitehouse knew the BBC
was a den of sick, disgusting, perverts since the 1950s where her
underage daughter started to talk to her using sexually explicit
language which the said she learned from watching television.
Even back in 2005 there was more editorial oversight than there is now.
Now Davies is allowed to spread his disgusting sexual agenda directed at >children unimpeded by an organisation which venerates self admitted a
child molester and his sculptures. No wonder parents are not letting
their kids watch this show any more and the ratings are the lowest in >history.

THAT is the main problem with some fans... they read way too

Doctor Who has been dead since 2017. That's longer than between 1989 and
the TV in 1996, and there was even Dimensions in Time and some Jon
Pertwee radio stories in between. Today there is nothing.
Fans want cancellation and they don't want Doctor Who to ever return
unless the Timeless Child monster is removed from canon. Even with that >Russell T Davies hammered a steak through the Doctor's heart by making

I will add that it was published after JNT had died so he wasn't

events described. However, nobody else sued the author either.

How do you drive those types of people out of the

Back then fans did not want Doctor Who to be cancelled.

Doctor Who has been dead since 2017. That's longer than between

You have "The War Between the Land and the Sea" coming later this

Why would we talk about those? They weren't that good,
especially the second one. Tom Cruise is not big enough to
convincingly play Jack Reacher. The "Reacher" serials on Amazon
Prime are way better...
Unfortunately, as they were commissioned by Amazon for their

I believe Amazon are now working on a spin-off to the series as
the "Reacher" series has been so well received by viewers and
critics.

Doctor Who is not about women. It's a show about the male oriented genre
of science fiction. It's about men, father figures, masculinity, and >masculine values and heroism. Women can only be there in supporting
roles. The main protagonist must be always be male, masculine, and >heterosexual.
If you want a show about women then watch Wonder Woman or Supergirl.

There's been no good stuff since 2017. The original Wonder Woman movie

turned gay which is not even in the books.

Reform UK might seem to have a lot of support over there, and
they may be doing well in some opinion polls... but until
that is translated in to a majority of seats in Westminster
and Nigel Farage is the UK's Prime Minister, then it's only

Because of a rigged first past the post electoral system which

Trust me, you don't want PR. We have it over here and it's a
balls. All you end up with is coalition governments... and
watered down policies when the parties have to make compromises.
PR elections might be more representative of people's views but
it leads to a lot of back-door wheeling and dealing and
manifesto policies being dumped to get things through. In other
words, political chicanery!
If you think Nigel Farage is the answer then I'm not sure what
the question is... but if voting could really change anything,
it would be made illegal.
Elections are a good way to gauge public opinion but I still
don't think "wokery" in television shows is top of that many
people's agenda when they go out to vote... especially in
council elections which are usually more about local issues.
The council elections will be used as protest against the
tyrannical rule of Keir Starmer. Wokery will play a part in
that ever since the leader of Ingsoc tried to redefine the
term "working people" for the 11th and definitive edition of
the Newspeak Dictionary, so that no one can claim that Ingsoc
broke its promises to them.
If you think Kier Starmer is tyrannical you should move to
Russia, China or North Korea! See how far your George Orwell

No.
Great Britain is one landmass of three nations (England, Scotland and
Wales). The United Kingdom is Great Britain plus Northern Ireland and
several hundred small islands.
Several more small islands (and the Gibraltar peninsula) are Crown Dependencies of the United Kingdom but not legally part of it.
Ireland is one landmass of 2 nations (the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland), one of which is part of the United Kingdom.
There is a political mechanism permanently in place which would allow Northern Ireland to transfer from the United Kingdom and join the Republic
of Ireland if a majority of its people elect to do so.

Well, Great Britain is one and a bit (major'ish) Islands,
No.
Great Britain is one landmass of three nations (England,
Scotland and Wales). The United Kingdom is Great Britain plus
Northern Ireland and several hundred small islands.
Several more small islands (and the Gibraltar peninsula) are
Crown Dependencies of the United Kingdom but not legally part
of it.
Ireland is one landmass of 2 nations (the Republic of Ireland
and Northern Ireland), one of which is part of the United
Kingdom.
There is a political mechanism permanently in place which
would allow Northern Ireland to transfer from the United
Kingdom and join the Republic of Ireland if a majority of its
people elect to do so.
