I would point out that The Doctor has always been "woke". If you want

As for the Timeless Child: It was invented for the same reason that

show to continue after reaching the (artificially imposed) limit on the
number of regenerations, and the actor becoming unable to continue to

I think they should retcon and remove all of "NuWho". People who want to
watch it can watch their reruns and dvd's, but in terms of the show's
continuity in the future, it no longer exists.
