Except Disney is so greedy that they hardly ever release anything on
DVD, and if they do it's in limted quantities. The means the only real
way to legally watch such shows is by paying for Disney+ ... which ridiculously restricts their potential audience.  :-\

Despite it being perfectly legal why should anyone waste their
time finding and downloading Disney's woke faeces? I've got
better things to do and watch which I pay for.

The third season was on Netflix (who edited and retitled it as
"Entrapped"), which is equally as selfishly greedy as Disney.
There are lots of shows and movies released on physical media, but few
of the streaming services bother because that doesn't fill their
pockets with ongoing subscriptions. :-(
As a Star Wars fan I would easily have bought the various shows on DVD
to keep, but I won't ever be paying for Disney+.

Season 2 is the end of the story, with the set-up for the "Rogue One"
movie. There won't be any more "Andor".
Disney, of course, still has a lot of other spin-offs in various stages

How do you know? Paraphrasing your pal, and mine, Doomcock:
"If you are expecting Andor to be just like the Original Trilogy, you
are going to be disappointed. If you like Cold War spy thrillers, you
will enjoy this show. The writing, direction, production, and acting
are good."

I haven't seen Ep 11 & 12 of S2 yet, I will be doing those later
today after I've done "Wish World" on Disney +, but you couldn't
really do that much more with "Andor" anyway. It was always
meant to be the lead-in to "Rogue One". As a series it serves
it's purpose.
Disney, of course, still has a lot of other spin-offs in

Throw enough mud some of it will stick. For every high, "The
Mandalorian" and "Andor"... there's a dud, "The Acolyte" and the
"Book Book of Boba Fett"!
