  • Has Real Life Adventues ended?

    Has anyone contacted Andrews-McMeel and/or the 2 Real Life Adventures artists Gary Wise and Lance Aldrich to find out if the strip officially ended or not since the daily strips have been in 2017 reruns for the past 4 weeks and the 4th. week in daily
    rerun mode started this week on the week of November 6-11, 2023. (The first 2017 rerun was on October 16, 2023), but the Sunday strips for Real Life Adventures on October 22, 2023; October 29, 2023; and November 5, 2023 were all new.

    UPDATE: Real Life Adventures is offically ending this week on November 17-18, 2023 even with the last 5 weeks of the daily strip in reruns: https://www.dailycartoonist.com/index.php/2023/11/12/no-more-real-life-adventures/

    As of November 19, 2023 the Real Life Adventures Sunday strip is still running in the Sunday Arlington, Illinois Daily Herald Sunday comics section. Will the paper replace it with another Andrews-McMeel strip or will it be the next rerun abused Redeye
    for the paper (Though the Illinois Daily Herald dropped Sunday Redeye for good in November 2019 in favor of Beetle Bailey)?
