    We have to get up at about 7:00am to take the dog for a walk before the
    sun gets too hot (and a second walk in the evenings when the weather
    has cooled down again). Still about another month to go of this awful
    weather that weather forecasters always call "fine" ... it's not
    "fine", it's "stinking hot, stay inside". :-(

    This is the truth! IT is scientifically proven. I look like this myself in
    the morning, although I live in a different time zone from that of my customers, so I can wake up one hour later every day. This is a blessing!
