    under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

    That's what the oath keepers got charged with.

    I was thinking more about vague and obtuse lawmaking....

    Not selecting Oath Keepers over antifa? When antifa conspires to storm
    the Capitol to interrupt confirming an election, we'll see if they get
    charged similarly.

    If you really need to know why antifa or other protesters aren't charged
    with seditious conspiracy, it's because they don't conspire to
    overthrow, etc.
