"Attorney for ‘Bigo’ Barnett, convicted after putting his feet up on Pelosi’s desk on J6, says his client was innocent because “he was pushed in” by “the surge” and he “fell in” to the Capitol, before he somehow “ended up in Speaker Pelosi’s offices.”"

That's the MAGA-stan version of "laying the groundwork for an appeal".

Bigo faces up to 47 years for putting his feet up on Pelosi's desk.
What does Pelosi face for the years of insider trading and IPO
bribery that made her wealthy while she sat behind that desk?

Sadly, her activities are within the law. I support new laws to combat
the appearance, and the reality, of representatives acting on
    information not available to all.

However, to her credit Pelosi did not perform a violent act with the
    intent of overthrowing the government.

Nah, she just orchestrated a bloodless coup within the "rules" of the house. And got rich.

    No, she didn't.

    https://www.salon.com/2023/01/28/how-the-capitol-police-enabled-the-jan-6-a-story-no-one-wants-to-touch/

[T]he singular point of failure — the one thing that could have
prevented all of it from happening — was that Capitol Police leaders
brushed off ample warnings that an armed mob was headed their way.

They lied to everyone about their level of preparedness beforehand. Then
they sent a less-than-full contingent of hapless, unarmored officers out
to defend a perimeter defined by bike racks, without less-than-lethal
weaponry and without a semblance of a plan.

Even the insurrectionists who actively intended to stop the vote could
never have expected that breaching the Capitol would be so easy.

Exploring why Capitol Police leaders chose not to prepare for combat,
despite mounds of intelligence pointing directly toward such a scenario,
should have been a key goal of the Jan. 6 committee.

That Capitol Police leaders — like so many others in law enforcement —
were unable to imagine white Trump supporters as a clear and present
danger remains one of the most tragically under-addressed elements of
that day's legacy, leaving crucially important lessons entirely unlearned.

    End quote.

    And got rich.

If you're for reform, I'm with you.

How many IPO's have knocked on your door?

    More IPAs than IPOs.

Pelosi's coup took place years ago. She's been defacto ruler ever since. You just don't see it.

Here's just the last chapter of her fiefdom control.
