I've been seeing the Mayor of Coronado being lauded for virtually no homeless on the near island community of rich white people.
It's a simple plan....make them go somewhere else. They really don't do anything but not allow any "encampments". No tents or shelters erected in public space. The claim to "offer" services but really don't have to offer much because the junkies will
go where they can keep using and Coronado requires treatment for housing.
I don't think their plan would work statewide. Besides, Ca. has made it a policy of bringing 70% of the US homeless population to Ca., not shipping 'em out like Coronado.

I have a great idea. The rest of America should send all of its convicted fentanyl dealers to the sanctuary
of San Francisco, instead of sending them to prison. Why should illegal immigrant drug dealers get sanctaury
while patriotic American drug dealers are rotting in jails?
