Do you put medical pros like Doctors on a pedestal?

Ever been to a medicinal marijuana clinic with an on-site licensed and state certified doctor handing out medicinal pot permits for any conceivable reason?
How those losers kept their license to practice is beyond me. Oh well, with recreational legal they've been forced to find a new line of work.
Trans treatment pays well.
Don't freak out, I'm not saying everyone in the industry is a butthead. But it is a difficult career that might not be as lucrative as we think. Establishing a private practice is not easy with a whole lot of overhead in good help and expensive office
equipment. And then there's that massive student debt to service. What are the options?
The corporate health care slaughter house?
My Kaiser doctor is ok....but the job is shit. They're limited to 20 minutes per patient. Don't book a late in the day appointment because by then they're an hour behind and every patient is pissed.
And so many of their patients are practically walking dead....they can't even tell 'em what hurts. I really feel for those doctors. It's got to be a mind numbing grind of daily trauma.
So I can see why so many are looking for options.
