Interesting. I wonder what criteria could lead to this list. Couldn't be
crime as it's missing Memphis and St Louis while Austin isn't even in
the top five Texas cities according to crimes per capita.

Maybe Fox mentions? The recent Daniel Perry thing could cause a spike.

I think it's something more obvious. Those cities have high concentrations
of who the Sack-Shmoo hates. Nonconformists, LGBT, empathic people, forward-thinking, African-American, latinos, etc. The Sack doesn't need
any more than his raging bigotries. (I wouldn't be surprised if those cities have
the highest rates of captured pedophiles, either.)

No, they just are a higher proportion of teachers compared to the
    proportion of the population.

There are many more Asians in the tech sector.

If all that were the case, that would put more than fifty cities on the list. Plent of high concentration black cities were not in my top 10
Such as Cleveland, Oakland, Wafington, D.C. Newark ,Detroit, Atlanta, etc.
Gay hotspots like Miami, Key West, Bar Harbor, Boston did not make the list.

Nothing wrong with fox. They report the news
The decline of many US cities is truth and reality

Population size! That's what makes cities cities.
The worst of them are usually highly populated.
