Isn't the FBI doing a bang-up job of shredding the constitution?
The FBI improperly used warrantless search powers against U.S. citizens more than 278,000 times in the year ending November 2021, according to an unsealed Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) filing.
And will anyone be held accountable?
Nope...the FBI will just say "our bad" we've new procedures to reduce that so next year we can brag our improper warrantless searches have been reduced by thousands. How many thousands? Well....more than 1. Possibly even more than 2.
