    They'd rather have an undermanned but balanced air force than a force that can perform its mission.

    I guess it means equity for boarding a plane.
    You board a BAME, then a white person, then a BAME, and keep alternating one by one.

    I think we should do like that in the US.

    I think we should do like that in the US.
