By now, it's obvious that Dumpy hoped to monetize the stolen
secrets. The way that meathead "thinks" gives us a clear picture
of his process, so to speak. Remember when, as Criminal in Chief,
he tried to explain why he believed some random bit of nonsense?
He'd also preface it with "I'm hearing...", and then go on to babble
for a bit, until it was obvious he had no idea at all why he had been
briefed on the subject.
So here we are again. His cabal of grifters must have mentioned
that somehow, sometime, foreign operatives would pay a lot of money
to get their hands on the intel he was hoarding. None of his cronies
actually had the connections to make that happen, of course. Dumpfuck's
own idea of cashing in was those idiotic cartoon NFTs of him in
silly costumes. Duh-Rudy would do no better. And the pillow flack? Ha!
But Dumpy still "knew" he had a potential goldmine that could
possibly bring him some ill-gotten loot. "They're mine!" he squawked
several times, forgetting, as usual, to keep the "quiet part" QUIET.
