A damning report of the Afghan withdrawal debacle was released on Friday.
Late before a holiday weekend as is the norm for any bad news in DC these days.
But Joe's just plain nuts answer is truly inexplicable.

The withdrawal was so f'd up...the report couldn't even pin down responsibility.
"While U.S. military planning for the possibility of an evacuation operation was in the works for "some time," the State Department's ability to participate in that process was "hindered by the fact that it was unclear who in the Department had the lead,"
the report found."

The RNC sums it up thusly,
"Biden told us Afghanistan wouldn’t fall. He told us it would be a safe and orderly withdrawal. He told us it was “highly unlikely” the Taliban would overrun the country.
He was completely wrong."
They are completely right.
