• Wray admits Crossfire Hurricane was all f'd up

and how did he do this?

When asked if anyone was disciplined he answered.

Every senior manager on the case is removed from the FBI. They're gone via a variety of methods....but I have removed and replaced every single manager involved.
As for the lower agents....every single person involved at any level or at any time on the investigation has been submitted to the disciplinary process of the agency.

Wow...every senior manager involved removed from the agency and every other employee of the FBI who had any involvement in the investigation is undergoing disciplinary proceedings.

Stephen, are you going to continue to defend the investigation?

This is long known, and contributed to the reluctance of the FBI to
    investigate Trump.

Yes. Institutional retaliation against investigators doesn't negate the evidence.

The referrals and investigations had an intimidating effect on FBI agents.

[P]rosecutors learned FBI agents were still loath to conduct a surprise
search. They also heard from top FBI officials that some agents were
simply afraid: They worried taking aggressive steps investigating Trump
could blemish or even end their careers, according to some people with knowledge of the discussions. One official dubbed it “the hangover of Crossfire Hurricane,” a reference to the FBI investigation of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible connections
to the Trump campaign, the people said. As president, Trump repeatedly
targeted some FBI officials involved in the Russia case.

    [snip]

FBI agents on the case worried the prosecutors were being overly
aggressive. They found it worrisome, too, that Bratt did not seem to
think it mattered whether Trump was the official subject of the probe.
They feared any of these features might not stand up to scrutiny if an inspector general or congressional committee chose to retrace the investigators’ steps, according to the people.

No shit....they're supposed to "intimidate" agents from breaking the rules.
And crossfire hurricane has nothing to do with Mar-a-lago.
You're throwing up smoke and changing the subject and you know it.
But agents aren't stupid. They know that something is grossly amiss
in the docs case as they knew something was grossly amiss in cross fire hurricane.
Being involved in a politically motivated abuse of DoJ and FBI resources
    is sure to cause reluctance.
But they take orders and follow them anyway as they must.

So back to subject....every FBI manager involved in crossfire hurricane is out of the FBI.
Some were fired....others quit or retired or they would have been fired.
Every agent involved is subject to the disciplinary process.
Wray wants credit for cleaning house and implementing major reforms to prevent it from ever happening again.

But you'll sit there and say it was all perfectly fine in spite of this overwhelming admission from the FBI.

"The clash began due to worries among officials that no matter what they
did in their investigation of a former president, they would face
intense scrutiny from people both inside and outside the government. But according to people familiar with the discussions, agents and
prosecutors focused on very different aspects of the investigation.

While federal prosecutors argued they needed to take an aggressive
approach to secure some of the country's most sensitive information that
they believed Trump was intentionally hoarding, FBI agents believed that
they should take a more cooperative approach with the former president.
Both sides were aware that Trump was likely to publicly attack the
integrity of the investigation, the sources told The Post."

But agents aren't stupid. They know that something is grossly amiss

    Mindreading again?

Being involved in a politically motivated abuse of DoJ and FBI resources

Doesn't explain the delays and botched investigations.

Oh, it's not fine that Trump drummed out FBI managers who crossed him.

Not so crazy as to jump from "Trump drummed out FBI managers" to "Wray
is a Trump toadie." That's you.
NYT: ‘The idea that I’m biased against conservatives seems insane
given my background,’ Chris Wray said.

Given a choice between knowable reality and unknowable conspiracy theories, MAGA-turds will always choose the latter.
