• House Oversight memo

From mINE109@21:1/5 to All on Wed Aug 9 14:41:11 2023
Just to save you the embarrassment of citing your usual propaganda sites:

    https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Third-Bank-Records-Memorandum_Redacted.pdf

"President Biden’s defenders purport a weak defense by asserting the Committee must show payments directly to the President to show
corruption. This is a hollow claim no other American would be afforded
if their family members accepted foreign payments or bribes."

IOKIYAR. Still, 'we don't need evidence' isn't much to hang an
    impeachment on.

For republigoons in the House, their motivation is revenge. They're all
lining up behind Dumpster's lies and echoing the "it's all politics" bullcrap.

Yeah...payments to grandkids for no plausible reason are so above board there is no
    way they can be questioned.

20 shell corporations to funnel money around is all so ordinary for so many americans.

How many "suspicious activity" reports has your financial activity ever generated?
I've got zero and I'll bet my "financial activity" dwarfs yours.

You've never given gift money to grandkids? And Hunter doesn't have any.

The "Biden family" did that? It's much more ordinary for the
    self-employed or those starting businesses.

Looks like it's a popular thing in some circles:

    https://patrizeproperties.com/resources/landlord-art/create-llc-for-rental-property/

The LLC (Limited Liability Company) has become a popular type of
business in which to hold title to real estate investment properties in
San Diego. An LLC is a legal entity, meaning it can obtain a tax identification number, open a bank account, and do business under its
own name, but how might this benefit the average landlord?

    LLCs Offer Limited Liability

Like corporations, LLCs offer limited liability for their owners (called members) yet are simpler and less complex to manage. Limited liability
means an LLC’s members are not personally liable for the LLC’s debts and liabilities, so if the LLC incurs debt creditors can only go after the
LLC’s assets to satisfy that debt (unless the debt is for a tax
deficiency). As a member in an LLC only the assets you invest are at
risk, so as a landlord, your personal exposure is limited to the capital
you invested in the property and your portion of the property’s value.

Now it's Joe....just a landlord avoiding liability on massively ill-gotten wealth.
