Bigger than Roe v. Wade IMO.

The administration claims the bully pulpit allows targeted and nonpublic persuasion (instead of coercion) of the powers running social media.

    I call that argument BS.

Federal agencies give advisories all the time. If the shoe were on the
other foot, you'd complain they didn't communicate.

I can live with the restriction that the government can't make threats.

How would you know when it's "nonpublic"? As I said.....for that they should
need a criminal investigation to justify.
Trashing vaccines is not a crime. Making up Hunter memes is not a crime.

No, but trashing vaccines is against public health.

Since the complaint about "Hunter memes" was from the Biden campaign and
was a request Twitter honor its own rules of service, your example is
    not convincing.

Your standard of illegality is absurd.

Witless has become increasingly addled of late. A couple days ago, the mutt didn't even grasp that the Constitution only applies to the government.

And that one's simple, not as obscure like “protected disclosure.”

So is you breathing. What would you have us do?

Since the complaint about "Hunter memes" was from the Biden campaign and

Well....it would be if twitter had told 'em to Fuck off instead instead of licking their black boot.

No it isn't. It's within the law.
