SEB was scheduled to cover the results of the investigation (SEB2023-25) at its meeting this week, according to reporter Joe Hoft.

The investigation into the 2020 Election has been labeled “violations found.”

On Friday, the SEB reported that this investigation has been reclassified as “continued.”

Hmmm.....violations found.....but ongoing/continued is way more convenient than having to answer questions.

Joe Hoft? Currently being sued for defamation for lying about the
    Georgia election?

    "Was filed"? By who?

The official response, from Georgia Director of Communications Cody Hall:

“Retelling the same lies for three years does not make them true, even
when citing bogus online blogs,” Hall said. “The moon landing was real, Bigfoot does not roam the forests of North America, and the 2020
election in Georgia was not stolen.”

It's an illusion based on the discrepancy between unofficial vote
tallies and the subsequent official corrected ones. The former was
    incorrect due to tabulation error.

The missing ballot images sounds bad but the actual ballots still exist.

    The link explains it clearly.

SEB2023-25 was filed by Joe Rossi an independent Investigator hired by the AGs office IIRC.

I don't believe private citizens have the ability to file whatever an
SEB is. Rossi's credibility is bolstered by Governor Kemp's letter which
states that "[t]he 36 inconsistencies noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in
nature, pose no underlying theories outside of the reported data, and
could not be explained by my office after a thorough review detailed
    below...

To be clear, this letter does not purport to dispute or contest the
    outcome of the 2020 election..."

It's dated Nov 17, 2021, so this is nothing new.

RawStory refers on July 17, 2023 to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
which has links to stories about mistakes in the manual recount and the
    proven validity of the audit.

    Resolved hardly. :D:D:D:D

SEB2023-25 is a new investigation that was just opened on Friday. The council struck it from the agenda because it was it has been labeled "Continued" and "Violations Found"

The new investigation will find what the old ones did: images are
missing but the ballots exist; and multiple scans are reconciled in the official count.
